Henry is from Lockport, N.Y. and competed in cross country and track at Cardinal O'Hara High School from 2017-2021. He committed to D'Youville University and competed in cross country from 2021-2025 and graduated with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. He is currently in graduate studies at D'Youville pursuing a doctorate of Physical Therapy and will graduate in 2027.
